Deuteronomy 7:9 – “Know therefore that the Lord your God is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and steadfast love with those who love Him and keep His commandments to a thousand generations.”
As Christians, we must believe and acknowledge that our God is the one true God. It’s time to reflect on God’s love for us and how much He cares for us, even more than we could ever imagine. God’s steadfast love can never change, and we are made in His own love and image, so He will never forsake us. He remains faithful and always keeps His covenant.
As mothers, we must understand that God knows those who love Him. We should endeavor to teach our children how good and great it is to love God and the many benefits that come with it. We should always be happy whenever we are called to worship God (Psalm 122:1).
God’s steadfast love endures not only for us but also for our future generations. We should know that whatever we do, God will keep our generations safe. His love for us will reach even to the tenth generation. Let us ask God for grace to always love Him and remain in Him.
We pray that God’s love upon us will not be in vain, and that our children will always understand the reason to love and cherish God in their lives. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
