Psalm 34:8-9
“Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in Him. Fear the Lord, you his holy people, for those who fear him lack nothing.”
The Psalmist invites us to taste and see for ourselves the goodness of the Lord. To truly know how good God is, we must have a personal relationship with Him and make Him the Lord and Savior of our lives. When we trust in God, we find happiness and peace in our hearts, even in difficult situations.
As mothers, we should continue to honour God and ask for His grace when we find it difficult to do His will. When we obey God and keep His commandments, we attract His favour, mercy, and grace upon our lives and our future generations.
We pray that our children will grow in the fear and wisdom of the Lord, and that their lives will bring glory to His name. May they honour and obey God all the days of their lives. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
