Jeremiah 32:39 states, “I will give them one heart and one way, that they may fear me forever, for their own good and the good of their children after them.”
God will give us Christians one new heart so that we may fear Him all the days of our lives. It is the wish of God that we grow and build His fear in us, as the fear of the Lord is a gift from God. We cannot fear God on our own, which is why God promised to give us one heart. Through His grace, we can live in a way that pleases God always.
For our benefit and the good of our children, it is right that we fear God, as it leads us to a better life, a secured life, and a safety guarantee for our generation. Having the fear and wisdom of God will keep us strong, direct, and lead our paths.
God’s blessing is a profitable inheritance. As Christian mothers, we believe that a lot of good benefits are put together for the children of God, so we do not need to be afraid. God has promised to strengthen us and help us, Isaiah 41:10, in raising God-fearing children.
We pray that our children will also fear God, that through us as mothers, we will train our children to the glory of God, and they will get all the benefits of having Godly parents. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
