God's Promises Overcoming

Hands That Continuously Prosper

Deuteronomy 30:9
”Then the LORD your God will make you most prosperous in all the work of your hands and in the fruit of your womb, the young of your livestock and the crops of your land. The LORD will again delight in you and make you prosperous, just as he delighted in your ancestors”

God’s love for us knows no bounds. He wants to bless everything we touch so that we can be a blessing to everyone we come in contact with. Deuteronomy 30:9 says ‘The Lord will make you the most prosperous in all the work of your hands..’ It means, if we touch our children, they are blessed; if we touch a business, it prospers. When we touch anything that falls short of the promises of God, they will begin to respond to the power of God. Isn’t that a powerful promise?

In the Bible, everyone Jesus touched prospered. This includes the blind eyes that opened (Matthew 9:28), the lepers that were miraculously cleansed (Luke 17:11-19), in fact everyone Jesus came in contact with received a blessing.

This is the kind of blessing God has promised that he will bring upon every thing we touch. As our children are tasked in various areas of life i.e school, college, university, work, family, business etc, our prayer is that whatever they set their hands on will prosper. Not by their own power, but because the power that raised Jesus Christ from the dead lives in them. So shall it be in Jesus name.
