“Deuteronomy 28:1: And if you faithfully obey the voice of the Lord your God, being careful to do all His commandments that I command you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations of the earth.
The law is sometimes hard to obey; that’s why whenever there is a law, punishment and blessing are attached. Even God knows it’s not easy for humans to obey laws; that is why He instructs and wishes that we strive to obey His commandments.
Blessings follow obedience, and peace and joy are attached to obedience. We do ourselves a favor by obeying the words of God because the blessing of the Lord is unto generations to generations. It is better to obey God’s instructions and live a good and peaceful life.
Once we are on God’s side, He will lift us high in everything we do, and we will rise and not fall. Our children will inherit the blessing and dwell in the promises of God. As mothers, let us live an exemplary life that our children will see the faith and obedience we have in God.
We pray that God will give our children the grace and will to obey all of God’s commandments, keep them, and obtain all the blessings from God. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.”
