John 14:6 – “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me”
According to John 14:6, Jesus reminded us that He is the way, the truth and the life and that if we need to get to the Father, we must do it through Him (Jesus).
Our children every day seek the way; our children seek a path to truth, clarity and purpose; with every passing day, our children are faced with questions of life that need answers.
The Bible says that we cannot get to the Father through Jesus which means our children need to surrender their lives; surrender their hearts and their thoughts to Jesus. It means that they must not look to man to answer all those life questions. We can do our best for them but ultimately, they need Jesus, the way, the truth and the life.
In this very confusing world, with different doctrines and teachings, we must teach our children that the only way to heaven is through Jesus; we must make sure that they develop a solid relationship with Jesus whilst doing our best to bring them up in the way of the Lord.
Additionally, we must always pray that every evil teaching or doctrine will not distract them from the truth in Jesus name.
